Hourly Rates & Financing

We offer fully functional websites with beautiful designs at an unbeatable value. We are affordable enough for the smallest organizations and capable enough to provide even the most demanding custom solutions.

We accomplish more in less time because Web Builder's inherent architecture, dividing content from design, enables us to change design standards according to your specifications globally, quickly, & inexpensively; and never waste time replicating design elements repeatedly one page after another.

We encourage our clients to be smart consumers of web development services; but this is not as simple as comparing hourly rates. In order to achieve the lowest cost of owning a website over the long term, as you choose a web designer, ask yourself, not just what hourly rate they charge, but how they work, how they bill their services, and check references in order to evaluate whether they're likely to get the job done right the first time.

We choose the right tools and work smart. We do not waste time, and (except where package pricing applies) always bill conservatively in one-minute increments. If we cannot justify how time was spent, we simply don't bill it, and usually spend more time on your projects than you get billed for. With Triskelon, you always get more bang for your buck.

For billable services you order which are not covered under package pricing or agreed-upon bids, hourly charges apply. Our standard hourly rate is US$75.

No Credit Application Required

In lieu of a credit application, new clients are typically asked to put down an opening deposit on new projects before work begins, with the balance being due upon complete delivery of ordered services, unless arrangements are made for short-term or long-term financing.

Short-Term Financing Interest Free

Short-term financing is provided interest free. Payment would be made in the form of an opening deposit, plus 1 to 6 monthly payments. How many monthly payments do you prefer? Please let us know your needs. We'll assume full payment upon delivery unless you contact us and we make a different verbal agreement before work begins. Web hosting services may be purchased from Triskelon* or from another provider. Short-term financing results in a higher opening deposit and fewer monthly payments.

Long-Term Financing at 15% Interest

Long-term financing is provided at 15% interest to healthcare providers, non-profits, and established businesses only. (Sorry, commercial start-ups and private individuals are not eligible for long-term financing.) Payment would be made in the form of an opening deposit, plus 11 or 23 monthly payments. Web hosting services must be purchased from Triskelon* and maintained for at least the duration of the financing term. A signed promissory note (contract) is required.

Special Discounts

Discounts off our standard rates may be available for larger web projects, for charitable organizations, existing clients, or for maintaining existing websites. If any of these apply to you, please make special arrangements with us before we begin work.

* Web hosting services are provided at competitive rates. Not to be confused with subscription-based services which charge recurring fees far above market rates and “justify” such rates by purporting to offer value-added services which website owners never really receive. Our value-added or subscription-based services, where offered, are substantive and competitively priced.
