Web Builder comes with a free Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module as of version 4.674.

We offer Web Builder free to our web development clients as a way of thanking you for letting us meet your service requirements when you order any complete web development project (“web 1.0” projects not included.)

The CRM module stores customer profile information to help you keep track of your customers' contact information, pre-sales conversations, purchase history, preferences, and more; enabling you to be more responsive to your customers' interests, tailor your marketing and delivery to each customer's unique requirements, and coordinate the efforts of your sales, service, delivery, and billing teams.

Suitable for Medium-Sized Businesses, Too

The CRM module is not just for small businesses. Due to it's record-locking features, it can be used by medium-sized businesses with a dozen or more customer service agents. Record locking means multiple customer service agents can work in the same database at the same time with little or no risk. Although the software will allow two or more agents to view the same customer profile simultaneously, it will not allow them to edit the same customer profile simultaneously, preventing collisions that would otherwise result in data loss.

Eight of the eleven integrated modules (including content management and site search engine) are free as a bonus to our web development clients; the other three are priced with a one-time licensing fee.
