Web Builder, our free web management software suite, includes a site search engine,
enabling your website visitors to quickly find pages
within your site by means of a keyword search. Since the search is limited to your
website, there is no risk of traffic leakage (losing web visitors to other websites).Many web visitors prefer to type a keyword to find what they want on your site rather than figure out how you've organized your menu, because it is faster to do so. Amazon and Google are popular for this very reason. So we recommend offering a site search tool on every page of your site.
Support is built-in, but whether or not the site search tool appears on a given page is a matter of the page design which you choose or we develop together. Tag Cloud Support
Native tag cloud support is included in the Web Builder site search engine as of v5.841.A tag cloud quickly illustrates to your web visitors the content of your website (and blog if any) by displaying which words appear most frequently across your entire website. (Those that appear more frequently are displayed in a larger font size.) All tags are clickable links, leading your web visitors to the pages on your web site that contain the linked tag.
If you'd like a tag cloud to appear on your website, minimal customization/configuration is required. Specify about how many tags, and where your tag cloud should appear. We recommend 20 tags or less to avoid an SEO ranking penalty associated with “keyword stuffing”.
